The Rebel Riot "To... Dear Comrade" japanese edition CDs

CDs of the newest album "To... Dear Comrade" by the Rebel Riot that were going from Japan (Harimau Asia/Bronze Fist) were docked in Germany! The release of the album as CDs was on May 23, 2024 only in Japan.

This album will be released as 12" vinyls (with enhancing sound quality on 33 RPM speed) on 1.11.2024. The profit from the sold records will be given to The Rebel Riot and their social and cultural activities.

In the midst of an increasingly tense situation, with conscription to be implemented in February 2024, the Rebel Riot has finally released their fifth album, "To... Dear Comrade", which they produced while evading the authorities' eyes.

The album To... Dear Comrade is a more complete version of the harder sound seen in their previous album´"One Day"

The album contains 10 songs, including a Burmese cover of "A Las Barricadas," a song sung during the Spanish Civil War in the 1930s and sung by the currently incarcerated Myanmar folk singer Zin Linn, and a cover of the German punk band Pestpocken.

Japanese TV broadcasting: Myanmar punks and supporters in Japan amplify calls for democracy

On June 28, 2024 public media organization NHK World Japan broadcasted news related to the latest album "To... Dear Comrade" from Myanmar punks The Rebel Riot and Hideki Takasaki from the japanese label Bronze Fist Records.

Music is one of the strongest weapon that the Rebel Riot uses to tell the world about their country's fight for democracy. Meanwhile Takasaki sees his mission to help spreading the music and messages of the band through his label that released two last albums by The Rebel Riot together with merch. Moreover he has been supporting the Rebel Riot financially since 2021.

THE NONAME EUROPE/UK Tour 2024 in Support of New Album

Spiky dragon punks from China THE NONAME come to Europe in mid July 2024 with a month tour in support of a new album 'Fortress Besieged'.

The album 'Fortress Besieged', ther third studio, will be released on July 12 via label cooperation Smith & Miller Records, Abbruch Records and Pasidaryk Records. The cherry on the top as an addition to the upcoming album is a special 7-inch vinyl ANTI. This song is a tribute to Joe Strummer quotating his words: "We’re anti-fascist, we’re anti-violence, We're anti-racist and we’re pro-creative. We’re against ignorance!". On some versions of this track you will enjoy vocals of Sucker (Bad Co. Project) and voices from many bands around the world (Acidez, Disturbance, Chaos of Society, Heroes 2 None etc.)
